One month after Michael Jackson’s star-studded public memorial, the King of Pop will be buried today in a mausoleum filled with legendary entertainers, according to an Associated Press report.
Yesterday, a judge said Jackson’s estate will bear the funeral costs, which were described by an attorney as “extraordinary.” It was revealed in court that 12 burial spaces were being purchased at the Forest Lawn Glendale cemetery, which is located about eight miles north of downtown Los Angeles. There was no description of how the plots will be used.
Jackson will be laid to rest in the cemetery’s Great Mausoleum with Hollywood stars including Clark Gable, Jean Harlow and W.C. Fields.
With Michael underground, the saga surrounding his death will continue above ground, with criminal charges pending against the private physician who tended to Jackson the night before his death.

Is his grave going to be so big that it takes up 12 spaces? Or are the extra spots meant as the future resting places of his family members, friends, pets and personal physicians? Maybe it's a plot to trick grave-robbers? Who knows!? Even dead, this guy is creepy.

Does it matter who the sites were bought for. Obviously it was purchased for his family members. However, hopefully his estate is not going to have to pay for some of his siblings burial. I mean, hell he supported them through out life, is he going to have to so it in death as well. Most of the clan NEEDS TO GET A JOB AND STOP LIVING OFF HIS MONEY. His estate should go to his children. And Music Vixen to respond to your cmment about him being creepy? What difference does that make. He lived the way he wanted to. That was his right, just like you have that right, who are we to judge him for anything. He was amazing and his legacy will live forever!

I think that he had a right to be whatever he wanted to be, just as many people may think that you are wierd. You may have big ears, bald head, mental illness or dumb or deaf, midget or a jolly green giant. Stop and think before you start to call someone wierd.look in the mirror and ask yourself, Am I wierd? I loved Micheal and always will be a fan of his. So, watch your mouth!
