A Los Angeles court official has confirmed that a woman found guilty of snooping around Britney Spears’s home has been sentenced to three years of probation and 240 hours of community service, according to an Associated Press report.

Los Angeles Superior Court spokeswoman Patricia Kelly said a judge in Malibu, California, found Miranda Tozier-Robbins guilty of peering into Spears’s house in Calabasas, California. The judge also ordered Tozier-Robbins to stay away from Spears’s property.

Tozier-Robbins was arrested in April, when police deputies caught her peeping into Spears’s windows while wearing camouflage and carrying video equipment. Tozier-Robbins said at the time that she was working on a documentary on the practices of paparazzi and might have sold any footage she got of the pop singer, who wasn’t home at the time.
