Newly unemployed/retired Nine Inch Nails leader/Twitter instigator Trent Reznor tied the knot over the weekend.
Spinner reports that Reznor and bride Mariqueen Maandig got married on Saturday, October 17.
Although Reznor committed Twitter suicide over the summer after declaring that “idiots rule” the online social network, his bandmates made no such retreat, as evidenced by NIN’s Danny Lohner’s choice to tweet a photo of Reznor and his bride dancing at the reception.
What song do you think they’re dancing to in the photo?
We kinda hope it’s “Happiness in Slavery” or “Down in It,” but we’re pretty sure it isn’t.
On a related note, Mariqueen’s former band, West Indian Girl, is holding auditions for her replacement.
