Nine years after debuting with The Teaches of Peaches, Canadian-based-in-Berlin singer/ rapper/ spectacle Peaches (AKA Merrill Nisker) is still making sure that the boys aren’t the only ones partying with dirty beats and filthy lyrics.

If any singer knows how to beat a bad joke like a dead horse, it is Peaches. The self-described electro-punk (um, do people still say electroclash?) singer has built her career on being a girl with a mouth like a sailor, making her raunchy disco discourse something akin to Sarah Silverman’s stand-up shtick.
